At Mimi Ibiza Massage, we provide professional mobile massage and wellness services across Ibiza, including massage, yoga, pilates and beauty treatments, delivered directly to your space.

Our services are available in private homes, villas, hotels and yachts.

To ensure a smooth, relaxing and well organised experience for both you and our team, we kindly ask you to read the booking and payment terms below before confirming your reservation.

Bookings & Payment Terms

Deposit Requirement (50%)

To confirm any booking, including massage services in Ibiza, beauty treatments, private yoga or pilates sessions, wellness packages, or yacht services, a 50% deposit is required.

Payments can be made via card, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Please note that no appointment is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Balance Payment

The remaining 50% balance can be paid on the day of the service via card, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or payment link.

This payment structure allows us to coordinate therapists, logistics, and travel time efficiently, ensuring a smooth and high quality wellness experience across Ibiza.

After-Hours Appointments

We are happy to offer our mobile spa experience in Ibiza at any time of the day or night.

For late bookings, the following after-hours charges apply:

  • From 9:00 PM → +30%
  • From 11:00 PM → +50%
  • From 12:00 AM (midnight) → +100%

These surcharges support our team’s availability and transport during night hours.

Late Arrivals & Waiting Time

We always do our best to be flexible, and we understand that delays can happen.

However, to respect our next scheduled clients:

  • If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened.
  • After 30 minutes of waiting, a charge of 50% of the service rate applies.
  • After 60 minutes, the full rate is charged.
  • If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and charged at the full rate, as our therapists travel exclusively to clients’ homes in Ibiza.

Location & Travel Surcharges

  • A €10 surcharge applies to 1-hour bookings located more than 15 km from Ibiza Town.
  • A €20 surcharge applies to treatments provided on boats or yachts, due to access, parking, and setup logistics.

As a luxury mobile wellness concierge in Ibiza, our team travels across the island to provide a personalised service wherever you are.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask to be informed as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment will incur a 100% charge.
  • For last-minute bookings, if the therapist is already on the way or on location, the service will be charged at 100%.

This policy allows us to maintain the highest level of service for all our clients across Ibiza, especially during high season, when demand for our services is very high.
